How does TrialBase estimate the price?

TrialBase does not charge excess agency fees, such as a Litigation Package or Per Diem Charge, and there is no charge for digitally transmitted exhibits. You will receive an upfront estimate for every deposition based on a simple per-page rate. Original and Condensed transcripts in PDF format are included in the estimated price.

The estimate we provide is calculated based on an average of 40 pages of transcript generated per hour, times the price per page. There are additional charges for expert witnesses, if translation is required, or if the deposition is video recorded. There is also a minimum transcript charge. You are only billed for the actual number of transcribed pages, or the minimum transcript fee, whichever is greater.
